Libya's oil production has declined at the Hamada and Tahara oilfields after a pipeline valve connecting the fields to Zawiya port was shut, the head of the National Oil Corporation (NOC) told Reuters on Thursday.
The closure has disrupted the transportation of crude oil from the two fields, resulting in lower production.
